观察细胞污染首先要从培养液的外观来看，看培养液是否清亮。当然，刚刚加入培养液是看不出来的。必需经过隔夜培养或更长时间才能看出来。如果培养液变混浊，则可断定细胞污染。其次，是从显微镜下观察，因细菌很小，所以观察时眼睛盯住一个视野，你会看见细小的黑点在动，细胞是不会动的，因此，可以断定那就是细菌。以上是小可培养细胞来观察污染的一点体会，仅供参考。不过以上情况还是少见或不见好，那就表明你的细胞养的好。
