Minor comment 8. The authors could clarify whether the SEER nomogram estimates were used to predict outcomes in the external validation set or whether the model was refit using the external data.
Minor comment 9. Some of the DCA lines appear incomplete (Figure 5). The authors could comment on how this relates to the small sample size of the external validation set. For the right-most DCA in figure 5, it is unclear why the nomogram curve has a wider range than the AJCC stage curve. The nomogram uses AJCC stage, so I would think that the curves would have the same range.

做了外部验证的话不用做，给编辑发邮件说明即可

意见8，确实是建议你加一个外部验证，你用的应该是seer公开数据库的数据，审稿人建议用外部数据去验证一下你的model；
意见9，审稿人考虑fig5的DAC曲线显示不完整，可能与样本量过小有关，还是需要用外部数据增加样本量来回答。
