干预过程中，先用Ferrostatin - 1预处理，然后在用药物干预

首先两种都可以使用，作为实验来看不同干预的效果，具体分组见图片；第二，可以做浓度梯度，用不同浓度 (1-40 μM) 处理细胞 24 小时，MTT 法检测细胞活力；这几篇文献可以具体看看：
