1ml RIPA buffer contains 35μl proteinase inhibitor(sigma cat no P8340) and 10μl phosphatase inhibitor

RIPA buffer 最终浓度

1M Tris-HCl pH7.5) 5 ml 50mM

NaCl 0.87g 0.15 M

Na-deoxycholale 0.1g （1%）

0.5M EDTA(pH8.0) 0.8ml

NaF 41 mg

Nonidet P40 1 ml （1%）

Aprotinin10μg/μl 100μl 10μg/ml

加水到 100ml

Aprotinin 10μg/μl ；用10mM HEPES-KOH（PH8.0）溶解，备用。
