就是这么做的，有时候邮寄方便会把质粒弄到滤纸上。这个怎么搞的跟间谍似的。

再弱弱的问一下，用水洗脱下来后怎么回收？直接吸还是离心？谢谢

把带有质粒的纸剪下来，剪碎，放到0.6ml离心管（底部穿一个洞）中，加10-20ul的TE或水溶解。静置5－10min。
套在1.5ml的离心管中，离心。直接拿这个液体去做转化即可。
