用生理盐水溶解，可以60°加热振荡助溶，配制储存液，-20度保存，最终体内试验用无血清培养基，体外实验用生理盐水进一步稀释所需浓度

用蒸馏水溶解配制储存液，-20度保存，最终体内试验用无血清培养基，体外实验用生理盐水进一步稀释所需浓度。

用DMSO溶解成储存液，之后用助溶剂Tween80和peg400加水稀释

Cisplatin is soluble in DMF (approximately 16.6 mg/ml)with gentle heating.
