Panning of Antibody Phage-Display Libraries: Standard Protocols
互联网
1990
Recombinant antibody (Ab) libraries have been constructed from a wide range of B-lymphocyte sources using a number of different approaches. Sizes of the libraries that have been produced vary considerably, from small libraries of 106 up to large libraries>1010 . Often an Ab with the desired specificity exists at low frequencies in the recombinant Ab repertoire. It is therefore necessary to have an effective technique for the enrichment and identification of a desired Ab from a heterogenous repertoire.
