请教前辈，我要做westernblot及免疫组化，抗原是人源性的PEDF，实验动物是大鼠，以下有两种santa cruz公司的抗体，source及specificity的说明不同，请问我选用哪一种更为适合，两者有何区别阿？谢谢指教！！！！

SPECIFICITY
