实验步骤
2. Neutralize the reaction by adding : 3 ul 3M NaOAc 5.2 and 7 ul H2 O
3. Vortex briefly, then add 75 ul ethanol and vortex to mix.
4. Let stand on dry ice for 10 minutes to precipitate the DNA.
5. Spin for 5-10 minutes in a microcentrifuge to pellet the DNA.
8. Carefully remove the wash as discussed above and dry pellet in a Speed-Vac concentrator.
