博士课题要检测机体免疫功能方面的变化,其中部分使用基因芯片做,在网上查到有以下几种免疫相关基因芯片,不知道哪个更能反映机体的免疫功能改变,有高手指点一下吗?该用哪个基因芯片?

1。免疫信号通路基因芯片(395个基因)

2。T细胞与B细胞活化基因芯片
T细胞与B细胞活化基因芯片列有适应性免疫的关键组成-T细胞活化和B细胞活化的相关基因。休眠的淋巴细胞活化激发一系列复杂而有序的反应网络,最终产生适应性免疫。一个极端的表现为,过度活化这一精密和谐的网络系统,导致多种自体免疫疾病如系统性硬皮病、系统性红斑狼疮和自身免疫性肝炎。另外一种极端表现为,肿瘤细胞无法活化T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞是多种肿瘤的病源学基础。免疫疗法(即调控这一网络系统的方法入手)也许可以提供适应性免疫相关的多种疾病的治疗方法。此芯片可用来比对实验样本间的T细胞活化基因和B细胞活化基因的表达差异。
