Clinical Advancement of EGFR Inhibitors in Cancer Therapy

The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) represents one of the most promising molecular targets in cancer therapeutics. An array of EGFR inhibitory drugs have been developed that are progressing rapidly in oncology clinical trials.
