指用蒸溜水使红血球溶血，通过离心分离后得到的不溶于水的灰白色残渣。与所谓的血影细胞（ghostcell）实际上是一致的。指叶绿体中包围于片层结构（类囊体）的无色基础物质（基质），其中包括水、蛋白质、酶、核糖体、 RNA和 DNA等。
