培养细胞应该养成的一些好习惯

1. Wash hands before starting

2. Keep work area free of clutter

3. Correctly, legibly and informatively label all reagents including flasks and dishes with contents and date of preparation

4. Sanitize material such as pipet cans with 70% ethanol before taking them inside the hood

5. Put all material in hood before starting work (unless it clutters the work area)

6. Direct coughing, sneezing and speaking away from the hood

7. Do not put material on the edge of the hood over the vents

8. Dispose sharps such as pipetman tips, glass pipettes, needles and blades in the sharps container

9. Do not dispose non-biological material such as paper and liquids in the disposal bags

10. At end of work, sanitize the aspirator tubing with 70% ethanol while the vacuum is on

11. Examine cultures and media daily for gross microbial contamination

12. Do not continously use antibiotics in culture medium

13. Remember to turn off Pipet Aid

14. Turn on UV light at end of work

15. Rinse emptied glass bottles with tap water and leave some water inside

16. Work without antibiotics if possible

17. Get cells from reliable source

18. Keep records

19. Validate origin of cells

20. Check for mycoplasma when importing cells

21. When discarding liquid waste into beakers, place a sterile funnel over the beaker and discard into it.

22. When fitting a pipette intoa pipetting device, hold the pipette near the top, with its tip pointing away from you, inside the hood and away from any surface.
