原尿 glomerular filtrate，primary urine 指从肾小球滤过出来的尿。其后再通过肾小管壁的重吸收和分泌过程，原尿才变成终尿。哺乳类的原尿量为终尿的100倍左右，原尿是由流经肾小球的血液经过滤过而生成的。
