神经沟 neural groove

亦称髓沟。是脊索动物发生初期在神经板正中走行的一条浅沟，在它的下面，脊索原基与外胚层是紧密结合在一起的。在没有脊索原基的原脑区不形成神经沟。实际神经沟往往在神经板出现以前出现，显示出胚体背侧的正中位置。
