细胞色素c1 cytochrome c1

　　细胞色素c₁ 为细胞色素 c的一种，是药剂师寺英次郎、奥贯一男（ 1940）从牛的心肌中发现的，也称为细胞色素 e。可在动植物、酵母的线粒体内膜和某种细菌中见到。含有血红素 c的还原型具有 553、 523、 418毫微米的吸收带，氧化型为 410— 411毫微米。用表面活性剂可从组织中溶解提取出来。最小分子量约 3.6万，而在溶液中显示出 36万的分子量。标准氧化还原电位 E＇＝ 0.223V，等电点 pH3.6。不能自动氧化，可被氧化型的细胞色素 c氧化，参与从细胞色素 b向细胞色素 c传递电子。
