原来发文章还要考虑红绿色盲的感受

科研狗除了做实验还得看文章，看到别人花花绿绿的文章图片，甚是感慨，这要是自己做的该有多好。问题是红绿色盲看不清楚图片怎么办？咱们看看高点杂志对图片颜色配色要求是什么。

从杂志对文章颜色要求来看，红色色盲看文章图片是没有问题的，那么咱们做免疫荧光颜色一般红色和绿色常见，这可怎么办，怎么修改图片颜色满足杂志要求呢。

今天咱们就来学学怎么将红绿配色的图片改成杂志推荐的洋红色和绿色图片呢。

如下图：

打开 ImageJ，以及荧光图片，如下图：

首先将三种颜色的分开，点击 Image-Color-Splitchannels, 将图片一分为三，如下图：

软件自动识别颜色，在每张图片的上方标注 red，green，blue 颜色，然后分别点击图片进行着色，咱们需要将红色改成洋红色，其他的颜色不变，点击 1，jpg(jpg),Image-Color- channels Tools-more-magenta(洋红色)，如下图：

可以发现第一张图片颜色就变成洋红色了，同样的办法将第二张，第三张变成绿色和蓝色，如下图：

如果对每一张图片进行稍微调整，可以点击 Image-Adjust-Brightness/Contrast 调整横条，然后 Apply，如下图：

紧接着将图片进行合并，Image-Color-channels Tools-more-merge channels，如下图：

点击 OK 即可，如下图：

这就是合成的图，接下来点击 more-covertto RGB 格式，保存即可。看看跟文章图片一样不。
