肿瘤坏死因子（tumor necrosis factor,TNF）

在体内和体外实验中杀死肿瘤，并能引起某些移植到小鼠中的肿瘤坏死，或抑制组织癌变的因子。人的TNF有两种类型，一种是TNFα, 是一种由157个氨基酸组成的蛋白质，通常将它视为细胞因子；另一种是TNFβ（称为淋巴毒素），与TNFα有35%的同源。这两种类型的TNF与相同的受体结合。TNFβ是由T-细胞和B-细胞产生的。
