无需破坏胚胎，能够量身定做，没有排异反应，甚至可以克隆

某年某月的某一天，脑子坏了，不再识字；从口腔刮点细胞，导进几个转录因子，变成干细胞；回种到脑子里，神经再生，突触再连，恍然大悟—原来这就是今夏炒得沸沸扬扬的诱导干细胞（induced pluripotent stem cell, iPS cells），为包括Nature在内的各大媒体竞相报道，为大大小小实验室人员广泛研究讨论，丁香园干细胞版亦有精华讨论【新进展】干细胞新进展－－成体细胞逆分化为“胚胎干细胞” [精华]。
