Amino Acid Solutions (100X stocks, except URA=10X stock)
URA 1 mg/mlADE 1 mg/ml

Autoclave to sterilize, except filter sterilize TRP
Store all stocks at 4 deg C, except LEU (store at RT)
Example Recipe of Complete Plates
