非人灵长类实验动物饲养管理的操作规程一

随着生命科学的发展和生命医学研究的不断深入，对实验动物质量的要求越来越高。许多科学研究迫切要求使用高标准的等级实验动物，作为非人灵长类实验动物的实验猕猴已经广泛应用于医学、生物学等各个研究领域。近年来，由于世界各国实行对野生动物的保护，禁止把野生猕猴直接用于科学研究。

因此，国内外都在大力发展非人灵长类动物的人工养殖。在我国，实验猴养殖发展迅速，短短几年从原有的五个机构增到十几个至几十个机构，养殖数量数十万只，每年繁殖仔猴2万余只。中国经数十年的，几代人的努力，积累了大量经验，建立起一整套质量管理措施。猕猴的群体生产工作是一项系统的工程，饲养、护理、消毒、防疫、配种繁育、档案记录等每一环节的技术工作都关系到这项工程的成败。

1管理人员

1Administrative Personnel

每个饲养场均应配备相应的管理人员，负责饲养场的全面工作。管理人员应掌握实验动物的生理、生态习性和基本的兽医专业知识。管理人员应有较强的工作责任心和认真负责的工作态度，并具有日常饲养管理工作和检疫的组织协调能力。

Each farm should have its own administrative personnel，who are in charge of the overall farm．The administrators should be familiar with physiological and zoological properties of the experimental animals，as well as some basic veterinary knowledge． The administrators should be considerably conscientious and earnest to their jobs． In addition，they are also required to be capable of managing and regulating daily breeding work and quarantine．

2兽医人员

2Veterinarians

每个饲养场均应设立专职兽医人员。主管兽医师应由取得兽医师以上职称并有实践经验的人担任。兽医人员在饲养场应重点抓好疾病防治工作，并协助管理人员做好其它工作。

There should be full-time veterinarians in each farm．The chief veterinarian should be an experienced doctor whose professional title is, at least，equal to veterinarian practioner．The main task of the veterinarians is，first of all, to prevent diseases，as well as assist the administrative personnel in farm work．

3饲养人员

3Feeders

3、1饲养人员应由身体健康、具有初中以上文化程度的人员担任。根据《实验动物管理条例》，对从事灵长类实验动物饲养工作的人员应进行专业培训，使其熟悉、掌握操作规程，并经业务和实际操作考试合格后，方可上岗。

3、1 The feeders should be healthy，with an educational background higher than junior middle school．According to the Manage Regulation about Lobaratory Animals，one who is engaged in breeding primate laboratory animals should receive specialty training so as to be familiar with the rules of operations．And he should be qualified by certain examinations concerning with both operation and specialty knowledge before he goes to work．

3、2上岗之前应做身体检查，结核病患者和肠道病原菌的带菌者不得在饲养区工作。工作人员至少应每年体检一次。

3、2The feeders should receive physical examinations before working．People with tuberculosis and the carriers of enteropathogenic bacterias are forbidden to work within the breeding area．Each feeder should have physical examination at least once a year．

3、3患有流行性疾病的饲养人员不得上岗工作。

3、3Feeders suffering from epidemic diseases are also impermissible to work．
