近日看了几位前辈关于翻译纠错的帖子，内容很分散，特此整理了一下，方便大家查看，内容不全，欢迎各位继续补充~~
1.in the extreme elderly
The researchers said their results show theneed for more aggressive prevention, diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis inthis age group, referred to as the extreme elderly.
in the extreme elderly 学术文献中指的是年龄≥80岁或者>80 岁)，高龄解释：敬辞，称老人的年龄（多指六十岁以上）：这里the extreme elderly可以翻译为“超高龄者”、“过仗朝之年者”
2.at the time of presentation
In 85% to 90% of cases, despite thoroughevaluation, the underlying cause is unknown or uncertain at the time ofpresentation.
presentation含义是：患者将临床情况“展示/呈现”给医生，在这里理解为“就诊时”是正确的，临床表现在此处不通；但还有一层含义：一般是初次就诊/检查时。
